Free Web Developer provides a fully managed WordPress website service for a monthly subscription fee. For £25 per month, we provide:

● Technical support
● Ongoing website aftercare All services are provided on a subscription basis with no upfront website design fee.

2. Subscription Fee The service is charged at £25 per month. The monthly fee includes website hosting and ongoing website management services. Payments are collected through secure third-party payment processors, including Stripe. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing: contact@freewebdeveloper.com There are:
● No long-term contracts
● No cancellation penalties
● No cancellation fees
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for any unused portion of a billing period that has already been paid.

4. Domain Names Clients are responsible for owning and maintaining their own domain name. We may assist clients in choosing or registering a domain through third-party providers such as Namecheap or other registrars. Free Web Developer is not affiliated with Namecheap or any domain registrar. The client remains solely responsible for: ● Domain registration fees ● Domain renewal fees ● Domain ownership ● Domain account access

5. Website Content Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information, images, logos, text, videos, and other materials supplied to us:

● Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, or other rights We reserve the right to refuse content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, offensive, harmful, misleading, or inappropriate.

Your subscription includes ongoing website management and support. This may include:

● WordPress maintenance Updates are included within your monthly subscription at no additional cost. Fair usage applies to ensure that all clients receive a reasonable level of service. We reserve the right to prioritise requests based on complexity, urgency, and workload.

Websites are hosted using third-party hosting infrastructure and software providers, including but not limited to WordPress hosting environments and associated services.
